Living in a condominium requires cooperation and courtesy from our residents to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment. Below are some common questions to assist


Can I pay my association fees online?

Yes.  Contact Rickkey at the  business office  (313) 871-1124 for assistance in setting up your account   You can also set up recurring payments through your banking institution. Please include your address and unit number on all checks.


What do I need to do if I decide to sell my unit?

You must notify the management company prior to listing your property for sale. The City of Westland requires a pre-sale inspection by ordinance. The intended buyer must submit an Statement of Intended Use.  A “Status Letter” is needed from the Association in order to close your sale. There is a cost for the “status letter” which can be paid at closing.


Can I rent out my unit?

Yes. To rent out your unit you are required to comply with the Leasing Policy. Contact the management company for more information. All rental units are required to have a Rental Certificate of Compliance from the City of Westland Building Department. The cost is $107. The certificate is good for 3 years.


How do I submit a complaint?

All complaints must be put in writing via email, fax or U.S. mail. If you feel your safety is compromised call the police and follow their instructions.


How do I dispose of large items that I no longer want, i.e. couch, chair, mattress, toilet, TV?

You are required to contact the City of Westland to make arrangements for pickup. The city now provides this as a free service. You should notify the management company to let them know that you have made these arrangements. There is a $100 fine for items left outside the dumpsters if no pick up arrangements have been made.


How to I obtain maintenance service?

The association will repair common elements only. Co-owners will be billed for work that is not the responsibility of the association. To report or schedule maintenance send an email to Garry at wv.maintenance85@ gmail.com or text your request to 734.788.8277. Work hours M-F 9:00 A.M.-3:00 P.M. Please avoid calls after work hours unless there is an emergency.


Can I rent the clubhouse?

Yes. Contact the management company (313) 871-1124  to check on the available dates. There is a $100.00 refundable damage & cleaning deposit (the clubhouse must cleaned, the trash is taken to the dumpster and no property damage to receive the deposit back).  The cost to rent the clubhouse is $200.00 ( effective June 1, 2024)

How do I obtain the Association’s Declaration of Insurance ?

I need to replace my air conditioner .

Co-owners must replace any defective unit with a through-wall A/C unit, not a window A/C unit , at their expense. We suggest a Comfortaire 12000 BTU 240V unit which measures 15.5″ high and 26″ wide (this fits the through the wall shell) . These units are available at ABC Warehouse Ford Rd & Morton Taylor Rd in Canton. Ask for Larry Reed ( manager) to receive a discount on the unit.
