Ensure the property address is listed on the “Statement of Intended Use” as well as the buyers home address if the property will be used as a rental property.

UPON CLOSING A COPY OF THE WARRANTY DEED ISSUED TO THE NEW BUYER MUST BE SENT TO TIMMONS MANAGEMENT IN ORDER FOR THE ASSOCIATION RECORDS TO BE UPDATED TO REFLECT THE NEW PURCHASER.
